Shipping Policy

At DRIPNXT, we want your shopping experience to be simple, secure, and hassle-free. Every order is carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners so that your DRIPNXT reaches you safely.

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING across India and accept prepaid orders only.

1. Order Processing

Once your payment is successfully completed, your order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking details through your registered email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
During sales, new collection launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

We always try our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery Across India

We ship across India through reliable courier partners.

The estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer in certain areas or during holidays, adverse weather, or unexpected courier delays.

3. Free Shipping

Shipping is completely FREE on every order across India.

You will not be charged any additional shipping fee at checkout.

4. Prepaid Orders Only – No COD

To keep our operations simple and provide free shipping, DRIPNXT currently accepts prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

You can securely pay for your order using the payment options displayed at checkout, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other supported payment methods.

5. Order Tracking

We know you’re excited to receive your order, so we’ll keep you updated.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number through your registered contact details. You can use it to follow your shipment until it reaches you.

6. Please Check Your Address

Before completing your order, please make sure your shipping details are correct.

DRIPNXT is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided during checkout.

If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is dispatched.

7. Delayed Deliveries

Sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected due to circumstances outside our control, such as:

Courier delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Natural events
Transportation issues
Remote-location serviceability

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help you check its current status.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your order is packed carefully before dispatch. However, if you receive a package that appears damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For faster resolution, please keep the packaging and provide:

Your Order ID
Photos/videos of the package
Photos of the product received
An unboxing video, if available

Our team will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

9. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or other reasons attributable to the customer, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Any refund or re-shipment in such cases will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
